Linda Geggie

Over 15 years ago a team of young enthusiastic youth from Lifecycles worked with community members to create the Spring Ridge Commons. I spent half a year with that team and saw the simple beginnings of what has become a flourishing food forest. It has inspired a different lens and way of meeting and growing in the city. Nothing worthwhile is easy, and our ability to learn and work together with multiple interests and voices around this is so important. It says so much about who we are as a community. I agree with Mathew this is something so worthwhile, and I hope that people will get behind it.
